HEICFlow is designed to convert HEIC/HEIF images temporarily and return converted files to the user.

Uploaded files

Uploaded images are processed for conversion. The service is designed not to intentionally store uploaded images after the conversion response is generated. Server logs may keep technical request information for security, debugging and abuse prevention.

Usage limits and abuse prevention

For free guest usage, we use cookies and hashed technical signals such as IP address, browser user agent and language headers to enforce daily limits and protect the service from automated abuse. We do not store raw IP addresses in the anonymous usage table.

Accounts

If you sign in with Google, we store your email, name, Google account identifier and optional profile image URL to manage credits and paid access.

Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Paddle or ePayco. Payment providers handle payment details according to their own policies.

Ads

This website may display ads through Google AdSense or similar advertising providers. Advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies subject to their policies and applicable consent requirements.
